Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing hospitality service to our clients (Financial conglomerates);
  • Deliver professional, informative, well-mannered at front house reception;
  • Take care of the waiting queue and ensure smooth customer flow in lift lobby area;
  • Reservation handling;
  • Provide clerical support to the Operations / Guest Services Manager in preparing invoice, reports and projects as well as email handling.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in Hotel, Guest services or Tourism industry;
  • Customer-oriented with good communication and inter-personal skills both in English and Chinese;
  • Knowledge in computer literate (MS Excel, Words, e-mail);
  • Hard working and be a good team player.
