Job Duties
· Responsible for providing hospitality service to our clients (Financial conglomerates)
· Deliver professional, informative, well-mannered at front house reception
· Reservation handling
· Provide clerical support to the Operations / Guest Services Manager in preparing invoice, reports and projects as well as email handling
Requirements
· Experience in working at a 4-5 star hotel of Front Office Department
· Able to work within a demanding fast paced environment
· Work as a team-member to provide a ‘best in class’ services
· Strong customer service skills
· Professional telephone manner together with excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Proficiency in MS applications
· Extremely well presented
