Job Description

  • Adhering to Corporate Account & Compass Group policies and procedures, as well as maintaining the highest standards possible
  • Supporting & motivating the team to achieve a ‘best in class’ services
  • Planning, organizing, directing and evaluating the activities of the Food Services teams
  • Overseeing the daily operations of the above functions through direct interface and communication with the lead members of each team
  • Working with the client to ensure that goals and expectations are fully understood, and then communicating such expectations to the staff and incorporating them into all aspects of the Food Services operations
  • Maintaining close communications with the client to ensure that the Services teams are meeting and exceeding expectations on an ongoing basis
  • Provide effective training and coaching to all team members, ensuring their performances are up to standards
  • Developing Quarterly Action Plans for the completion of projects designed to improve services and enhance customer satisfaction, as part of the operation’s yearly initiatives
  • Managing all human resources functions related to Compass associates, including the recruiting, hiring, initial training and ongoing professional development of staff members
  • Overseeing the implementation of necessary administrative duties such as scheduling, payroll, etc. for the entire Compass team at Morgan Stanley; ensuring accurate and timely reporting
  • Managing all financial aspects in commercial operations, i.e. Catering & Cafe
  • Receive, read and understand the contents of the Employee Guide to Working with Compass
  • Report HSE hazards, accidents, incidents, illness and diseases to your line manager and clients 
  • Conduct site walks with culinary, Cafe, pantry & reception on a regular basis  

Job Requirements: 

  • Degree in Hospitality, Operations Management, BBA or other related disciplines;
  • Minimum 10 years of work experience in Catering Operations with proven track record in supervisory level and people development;
  • Good business acumen with strong passion in food & beverage industry;
  • Good command of both written and spoken English
  • Hands on PC skills.
