Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for providing hospitality service to our clients (Financial conglomerates);

Deliver professional, informative, well-mannered at front house reception;
- Take care of the waiting queue and ensure smooth customer flow in lift lobby area;

Reservation handling;
-
Provide clerical support to the Operations / Guest Services Manager in preparing invoice, reports and projects as well as email handling.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in Hotel, Guest services or Tourism industry;
- Customer-oriented with good communication and inter-personal skills both in English and Chinese;
- Knowledge in computer literate (MS Excel, Words, e-mail);
- Hard working and be a good team player.
