蒜頭在古時已被採用作治療的用途。蒜頭屬蔥類的蔬菜,當中包括洋蔥、大蔥、青蔥、韭菜、蔥。
蒜頭是在廚房中常用的食材,為家中的餸菜增添辛辣味道,可以減少鈉及糖分的攝取。
食完蒜頭有口氣,令你感到尷尬?
你可以在餐後飲水或食水果來掩蓋蒜頭味道。你亦可先將蒜頭烤熟來減低蒜頭的氣味。
蒜頭的營養價值
- 含有豐富的硫化物 (例如蒜素) – 令其味道辛辣,氣味濃烈
- 含有維他命C、維他命B6、硒質及錳質
有研究建議成人每日進食4克蒜頭 ,大約為一至兩瓣蒜頭。
